Return Policy

Proshare provides a policy for Customers to return faulty products within seven (7) days after receiving the package.

  • Customers may initiate a return for their products under these circumstances:
    1. The product ordered is faulty and/or damaged on delivery
    2. The product ordered has reached its expiration date
    3. The product does not match the description ordered (colour, size, material, quantity, etc.)
    4. The product is missing during delivery
  • Returned products can only be exchanged but not refunded. Shipping fees and transportation costs to return the products are borne by Customers. Subsequently, Proshare will bear the shipping fees for replacement products to customers.
  • Proshare reserves the right to reject returned products if they are found to be tampered with or partly consumed. 
  • In the event of discontinuation of the returned product, customers will receive compensation in the form of Proshare Points of the same value as the returned product, which can be used to redeem any desired products on Proshare’s e-commerce platform.
  • Proshare is not responsible for any damages sustained by the Customers in the event of false claims or misrepresentation of the products on the Reseller’s part other than the termination of the offending Reseller’s membership.
