Terms and Conditions

Proshare’s members can recruit acquaintances that subsequently join them as fellow members, allowing an opportunity for everyone to earn income and rebates.

New members are required to ‘Like’ and ‘Follow’ Proshare on Facebook, send a photograph of themselves holding one of Proshare’s products to their referrer via the Internet, complete Proshare’s foundation courses and examinations, and finally, share their affiliate links to announce that they have become Proshare’s partner. A Proshare member is also required to prepare their testimony (in writing, before-and-after pictures, or videos) after using Proshare products.

Recruitment starts when a recruiting member shares his/her referral ID via Facebook, Whatsapp, Wechat, Instagram, or Twitter to a recipient. The process is completed when the recipient purchases a Proshare product and registers himself/herself with the sponsor’s referral ID.

It is the sole responsibility of a recruiting member to provide his own ID to the new recruit during the registration process. This is so the recruiting member can be eligible for bonuses and/or points.

All Proshare’s resellers and members must adhere to the stipulated Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. New PROSHARE members are required to ‘Like’ and ‘Follow’ Proshare on Facebook, send a photograph of themselves holding one of Proshare’s products to their referrer via the Internet, complete Proshare’s foundation courses and examinations, and finally, share their affiliate links to announce that they have become Proshare’s partner. A Proshare member is also required to prepare their testimony (in writing, before-and-after pictures, or videos) after using Proshare products. All the requirements listed above are to be done within 30 days after the member’s date of joining.
2. PROSHARE resellers shall be honest and truthful in presenting the quality, value, function and effectiveness of the products. 
3. PROSHARE resellers shall not cut or change prices of products
4. PROSHARE resellers are strictly prohibited from selling products on any e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc. However, they are allowed to promote Proshare products on social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
5. Resellers are strictly prohibited from re-labeling, altering in any way or repackaging any of the products and logos affiliated to the company.
6. Proshare reserves the right to charge Members who have committed an error pertaining to their personal information a RM10 administration fee which includes bank credentials, name, identification number and address during registration. Amendments to the Members’ personal information shall be made after the administration fee has been paid.
7. Proshare shall only bear the shipping cost to locations within West Malaysia.
8. Proshare bears the first delivery postage fee for purchased products posted to Members. However, in an event where the delivery of the product is not successful due to the inability of Members to receive the package or to provide the correct address, the postage fee for the subsequent delivery will be paid by Members, in addition to any administration fees necessary for the amendment to their credentials afterwards.
9. In order to prevent any third parties from posing as agents of the company for fraud and unauthorised prices, all payments will be made to the company account The Proshare SDN BHD.
10. The company will pay commissions to each agent and member in the form of PV (Point Value) every month. PV can be used to redeem cash or products. However, the withdrawal process of PV into agents or members’ bank account will charge a RM5 administrative fee.
11. PV has the same value with cash when dealing Proshare products and services. Customers or Agents can pay for products using PV.
12. Resellers and members can pay for products or services by cash, online transfer, or PV.
13. Commissions will be paid out to resellers or members in the form of PV.
14. Proshare reserves the right to take action against resellers or members who circulate false or defamatory remarks against the company and its products.
15. Joining fees paid by resellers are not refundable.
16. Resellers and members’ commissions are subjected to the Malaysian Income Tax laws.

Proshare’s Entrepreneur Package

Proshare provides a variety of package bonuses for resellers who partake in Proshare’s Entrepreneurship Program. 

By purchasing any of these packages, resellers are expected to adhere to these additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Resellers who wish to redeem more than 20 units of products are required to register at least 5 names of new joining members. Otherwise, they must contact Proshare management.
2. Resellers will bear the shipping costs for any free products or bonuses that come with the purchased package.
3. The free products that come with the package purchased cannot be exchanged with other products.
4. Proshare reserves the right to change the free products with other products of the same value without prior notice.
5. All reseller would not allow to cut or under cut any reseller customer or downline , once company discover any customer or reseller have doing so and find out the evidences, company will investigation the cases and Legal action will be take against the reseller. five times the amount of the offender’s initial package price

Upon violation of any of the above Terms and Conditions, Proshare reserves the right to terminate or suspend any future dealings with the resellers or members including but not limited to the suspension of all commission and payments of any kind, including imposing a fine of five times the amount of the offender’s initial package price. Proshare also reserves the right to take legal action against the resellers or members for any loss or damages Proshare may have suffered as the result of the violation.

Proshare reserves the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
